Shipping and Receiving Operations Supervisor

BW GLOBAL Structures Inc. is Western Canada's largest greenhouse and shelter manufacturer.

We are a dedicated and growing team, looking for a Shipper-Receiver Supervisor in our Abbotsford Office, who has a knowledge of warehouse inventory and management tools and procedures and is detail-oriented.

Qualifications:

- Five (5) years of experience in Shipping/Receiving

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- ERP/MRP experience

- Microsoft, Excel & Word proficiency

- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license

- Valid and updated forklift/scissor lift ticket

Duties:

- Schedule shipments.

- Pick, assemble, pack and/or unpack materials, ensuring proper labels and storage.

- Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (waybills, invoices, etc.).

- Maintain quality control of goods by verifying & inspecting incoming/outgoing shipments.

- Report damaged stock or equipment.

- Load and unload trucks.

- Operate forklift in safe manner.

- Deliver and pick up product with company trucks.

- Keep correct and secure records of ingoing/outgoing inventory.

- Perform inventory counts.

- Provide high-quality customer service.
