Role Summary

As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of resourcing across North America with a particular focus on upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas and mining projects across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing experienced professionals into technical, commercial, and project leadership roles. This is a hands-on role where your deep industry networks and proactive sourcing strategies will directly impact our growth and client success.

The role involves consulting with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate databases. The consultant will also provide guidance on talent acquisition and ensure a positive candidate experience.
