We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead the execution of complex
data center infrastructure
and
battery storage projects
. You will be responsible for driving project success across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. This role demands a sharp, resourceful leader who thrives in high-stakes environments and brings technical, financial, and commercial discipline to every project.
You’ll work across internal engineering teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality results—on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities•Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale BESS and electrical infrastructure projects for data center clients
•Own the full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, procurement, execution, testing, and turnover
•Manage EPC partners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders with agility and precision
•Ensure strict adherence to project scope, schedule, safety, quality, and commercial objectives
•Interface with utility partners and AHJs to secure interconnection, permitting, and compliance
•Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks early and decisively
•Implement project controls, dashboards, and reporting aligned with investor-grade standards
•Track and manage contract milestones, change orders, and client communications
•Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, systems, and tools
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field (Master’s preferred)
•8+ years of experience managing infrastructure, EPC, or large-scale energy projects
•Strong background in data center infrastructure, BESS, or power systems is essential
•Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams
•Familiarity with NEC, IEEE, utility interconnection standards, and permitting workflows
•Experience with EPC contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar), RFPs, and commercial negotiations
•Financial acumen for P&L management, cash flow, and forecasting
•Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
•Experience using tools like MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Jira, or similar platforms
•PMP certification, PE license, or LEED accreditation is a plus
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
