The Job Cost Accountant is a detail-oriented and essential role responsible for the financial health and reporting accuracy of our projects. This position supports the Accounting and Operations teams through the accurate input and posting of payables and receivables, tracking of project budgets, and compliance support. You'll also process subcontracts and change orders, monitor certified payrolls for prevailing wage compliance, and ensure proper documentation is on file before payment is issued.

The salary range for this position is $60,000–$80,000, with average offers typically placed in the 40th percentile to ensure a thoughtful, equitable fit based on experience and growth potential. This role is based in Puyallup, WA, with flexibility to occasionally visit job sites or collaborate with project teams.
