NextEra Energy Resources IT (NEER IT) is seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join their Power Generation Analytics (GA) team. This role serves as the critical liaison between IT and business users, responsible for capturing comprehensive business requirements and collaborating with agile scrum teams to deliver innovative BI solutions in their scalable platform for Solar, Battery Energy Storage and Wind domains.
The role requires expertise in translating complex business needs into technical requirements while maintaining deep understanding of the complete software delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder engagement, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate proficiency in modern visualization tools and data analysis technologies.
