Summary

The person in this position is primarily responsible for core treasury activities, including day-to-day cash management, and leading Treasury process automation efforts within the Treasury function for Compass Minerals International. In addition, they will have functional experience in insurance-related activities.

+ Identify treasury process improvements and evaluate the rollout of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and integrations with ERP and banking platforms. + Design and automate treasury reports, dashboards, and cash flow modeling. + Document process improvements and collaborate with internal IT or external vendors on treasury technology projects.
