Senior Analyst, Business Development & Investor Relations

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Business Development & Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Manager, Business Development & Investor Relations, the successful candidate will directly contribute to Pan American’s next phase of growth while supporting our market outreach and investor-focused activities.

Based in Vancouver, BC, this full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a high-performing individual with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a passion for contributing to Pan American Silver’s continued growth and market presence.

Major Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials for events, including conferences, investor days, site visits, and others as needed.

- Ongoing support in outreach to sell-side analysts with a focus on ensuring that analyst valuations and estimates adequately incorporate publicly available information of the Company and its asset base, as well as preparation of quarterly consensus estimates summaries.

- Actively contributing to the development of materials for quarterly and annual financial reporting, including conference call slides, scripts, key messages, and Q&As.

- Responding to retail investor inquiries.

- Supporting preparation of materials for reporting to the Board of Directors.

- Managing key supplier relationships and external vendors.

- Monitoring the stock price and market developments and updating management, as required.

- Maintaining the investor database, recording interactions with investors and research analysts.

- Developing a working knowledge of the mining ecosystem, including a strong understanding of drivers of commodity prices, technical aspects of mining, and our competitive landscape.

- Supporting the Business Development team in developing and maintaining complex financial and operational models to evaluate potential M&A initiatives.

- Supporting strategic projects that align with Pan American’s objectives for organic and inorganic growth, value creation, and diversification.

- Preparing presentations and materials for review of potential M&A and other strategic initiatives to support idea generation and execution.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Mining Engineering, Geology, or other related field.

- 2-4 years of experience working in investment banking, corporate/business development, investor relations, corporate finance, mining, or another finance-related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of mining and/or capital markets.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel with an ability to build, maintain and update complex financial models.

- High level of attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.

- Self-starter who is passionate about growing a career in mining and/or capital markets.

Preferred Attributes:

- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset, but not required.

Salary Range:

- $100,000-$110,000, plus competitive benefits package.
