This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Cruces, NM, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, promoting Sunforce Solar's products and services, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting consultations to understand customer needs, developing tailored solar solutions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process. Collaboration with the sales, marketing, and technical teams will also be an integral part of this role.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy and solar power solutions is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
