Quality Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments. .

Duties

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for accurate measurements.

- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.

- Coordinate and execute quality audits to assess compliance with internal procedures.

- Operate Laser marking machine

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
