Reviews sales numbers and orders products based on customer demand and seasonal trends. Responsible for updating Vendor contact information and renewing Vendor contracts

Manages purchase orders process by overseeing shipping schedules and working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders identifying discrepancies. Sees that an inventory management review is performed at least quarterly to minimize any unplanned outages. Orders routine products based on customer demand. Reviews purchasing agreements with vendors and notifies Purchasing Manager when contracts need to be renegotiated.due to vendors performance or significant change in volume vs when original contract when originally negotiated. Conducts ongoing market to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential new vendors. Maintain a clean work environment.
