Project Manager – Construction Cleaning Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM (1st Shift, Flexible) Location: Central Ohio Join Our Team at G Brands!

Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for managing teams, exceeding client expectations, and driving project success? As a Project Manager for Construction Cleaning at G Brands, you’ll oversee cleaning projects for commercial buildings, ensuring top-tier quality, efficient budgeting, and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives on strategic planning, team leadership, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Project Management & Budgeting: Plan, coordinate, and execute cleaning projects, managing schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope. Monitor project progress, optimize workflows, and proactively address challenges to ensure profitability and efficiency.

•

Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through regular site visits and quality inspections. Build lasting relationships by consistently delivering superior service.

•

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Field Supervisors and Construction Service Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Train staff on industry-standard cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.

•

Operational Oversight: Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, maintain G Brands vehicles and warehouse cleanliness, and ensure compliance with OSHA 10/OHSA 30 and Drug-Free Workplace standards.

•

Performance & Reporting: Conduct performance evaluations, track employee time entries, and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Estimator on project status and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

•

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

•

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, janitorial, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

Skills:

•

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures.

•

Budgeting and financial acumen for project cost management.

•

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

•

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.

•

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Certifications/Licenses:

•

Valid Ohio Driver’s License required.

•

OSHA 30 certification (preferred but not required. Will train if necessary).

•

Lift certification (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.

•

Comfortable working in a construction environment and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
