We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Project Developerto support the advancement of utility-scale
transmission and substationprojects from early concept through development readiness. As part of the
Transmission & Substation Group, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, permitting, regulatory, and planning teams to scope and de-risk complex energy infrastructure across California and beyond.
This position is ideal for professionals with a technical foundation, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the energy development lifecycle.
early-stage project scoping
