As a Preventative Maintenance Manager, you will:

What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

+ Ability to work in a manner consistent with the Fluence values of Leading, Agile, Responsible, and Fun. + Well-organized and strong expertise in Microsoft Office suite. + Eager to be part of a fast-growing company and to be a leader in a rapidly developing part of the power sector. + Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously and drive teams to adhere to their schedules. + Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences. + Availability to travel nationwide and be away from home for up to four weeks at a time with at least 1 week of R&R between 4-week assignments.
