Wage / Hours:

This position is a full time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our general office hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with varying shifts for this position. Flexible scheduling available upon agreement between applicant and company. Wage is $20-23 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus program is available for this position, quarterly profit sharing bonus.


Location:

This position will be performed at the Everett location. Training will occur in our Tukwila office for some of the first few months until training is complete.


Job Duties / Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers, city workers, and inspectors utilizing email, chat, and phone calls to provide support and information on city permits.

- Gathers, records, and maintains customer information in our database.

- Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base.

- Performs other duties as requested by company or Team Leader.


Job Requirements / Skills:

- Confident and professional communication skills via multi-line phone system which includes active listening.

- Experience with and able to navigate email and third-party data systems (ex. Outlook, Word) with the ability to learn new software.

- Attention to detail as this is position will work closely to ensure inspections are scheduled and any corrections are relayed and communicated to the team.

- Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.


Education and Experience:


- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


- Customer service experience preferred.


Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
