About This Job

Summary: Seeking a skilled part-time janitor to assist with maintaining a clean, safe work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, break rooms, and office areas

•

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in common and production areas

•

Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste

•

Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

•

Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed

•

Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly

•

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

•

Assist with occasional deep cleaning or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

•

Previous janitorial or custodial experience, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting, is a plus

•

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

•

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies (proper use and storage)

•

Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods

•

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean work environment

Work Environment:

•

Primarily indoors within a manufacturing facility

•

Exposure to cleaning agents, dust, and noise typical of an industrial setting

•

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided as necessary
