About This Job

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated Orders Administrator to help keep things running smoothly.

Position Summary:

As the Orders Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office operations. You’ll interact directly with customers, process orders accurately, and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being a key part of a team that gets things done, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and in person

•

Accurately enter orders into our system and ensure details are confirmed (measurements, colours, profiles, accessories)

•

Work closely with the production team to coordinate timelines and ensure realistic delivery dates

•

Answer product-related questions and offer knowledgeable, friendly service

•

Track and follow up on orders, changes, and delivery issues

•

Maintain up-to-date records, invoices, and order confirmations

•

Communicate clearly with internal teams (sales, production, shipping) and external customers

•

Assist with basic inventory and stock coordination as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

•

Experience in customer service, order entry, or office admin (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)

•

Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters!

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

•

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, order entry software)

•

A team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Bonus if you have:

•

Knowledge of metal roofing, siding, or construction materials

•

Experience with order management systems
