Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director – Operations, the Operations & Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Big Molly frac sand facility, managing continuous improvement and operational projects. By supporting all facets of exploration, this role ensures operational efficiency, Safety, and compliance while driving long-term performance and profitability.
