Holder Construction is seeking a highly motivated Operational Risk Assistant Coordinator to join our project team in Atlanta, GA.
Candidate will Support Holder’s Operational Risk group who is responsible for compliance, contracting, and Project and Post Construction Support.
Technology Requirements: Web Navigation/Research, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Learn Company Specific Finance and Project Management Software, DocuSign, Document Crunch.
Education/Training: Similar Experience (3-5 Years); Notary
Top Responsibilities:
•Compliance Support – Maintenance of Business and Contractor Licensing, State Registrations, Notifications of Commencement, Affidavits, State and Local Requirements and Applicable Law Research
•Weekly Reports - Projects Starting Up/Closing Out and those with Change in Status
•Preparing and Updating Department Agendas, Reports, and Metrics
•Contract Support – Document Comparisons and Validating Negotiated Terms have Been Incorporated
•Project Issues/Post Construction Issues – Lien Waiver Distribution, Lien and Bond Claim Support, and Miscellaneous Agreements/Contracts
•Physical and Electronic File Management and Organization; including Document Distribution and Document Retention
•Expense and Invoice Review and Processing for Timely Vendor Payments
•Training Support – Maintaining Associates Training Records, Creating and updating Training Schedules and Training Documents/Presentations
•Managing Contract and Legal Deadlines and Contacts
