As a Field Safety Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening the company’s safety culture by promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will help create a safe and efficient work environment, empowering employees to prioritize safety in every task. This role requires a strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations, as well as general knowledge of environmental and housekeeping best practices. You’ll travel frequently, sometimes for extended periods, to various job sites, providing hands-on support and guidance to teams.
