Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time job and ideal for someone that wants to work between 8a - 2p (with flexibility).
Responsibilities
•Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
•Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
•Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and maintain accurate records.
•Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
•Provide personal assistant support to management as needed.
•Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
•Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
•Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
•Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
•A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
