Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operations Center Engineer located in Washington, DC. The Network Operations Center Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network performance, administering network operations, and providing technical support. Daily tasks include troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and maintaining the operational integrity of network systems. The engineer will also work closely with other team members to provide timely and effective technical support.

Qualifications

- Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration

- Experience with tools such as Dynatrace or Nagios

- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

- Knowledge of Network Security best practices

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus

Additional Information

- Position requires 24/7 on-call support as assigned.

- Subject to a 90-day probationary period.

- Some telework flexibility may be allowed at the discretion of the customer
