The National Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs across all company locations nationwide. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to meet company objectives and deliver excellent performance. The National Training Manager works closely with senior leadership, HR, and regional managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and implement a national training strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, and compliance.
- Manage a team of regional training coordinators or trainers; provide guidance and performance oversight.
- Assess training effectiveness through metrics and adjust programs accordingly.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Oversee the development of training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across all regions.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on training outcomes and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a national or regional management role.- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed (up to 30%).
- Competitive Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
