The Monitoring Specialist will assist in building and designing sites in multiple manufacturer monitoring portals. This position will perform quality checks for city inspections for internal monitoring.
- Ensure PV performance monitoring and yield assurance through immediate fault detection and alerts at module level, string level and system level
- Provide set-up and general maintenance of system production
- Creating and designing the Solar PV Monitoring Portal pages
- Document service calls with issues and ultimate solutions
- May assist with projects and make sure systems are fully operational
- Data entry of project information in multiple forums
- Proactively seek improvements to current processes to improve the efficiency that can be gained with technological resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A minimum of one (1) year experience data entry required
- Previous experience in the solar industry, preferred
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
