Manufacturing Plant General Laborer

About the position:

Roll-Kraft is currently seeking a General Laborer to be a part of our team. We are best in class in our industry with a training program second to none. If you want to start your career in manufacturing, we have the training platform to get you up to speed quickly. Tools are provided as needed.

The General Laborer position is considered a jump-off point, if advancement is what you are looking for. We prefer to promote from within to our machine operator positions. If that’s what you eventually desire, but don’t know where to start, or just need someone to give you a chance, this is the place for you! We are looking for candidates that have manufacturing experience, aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, will work between several departments helping us meet our customer 100% on time delivery goal. This is a full time, 1st shift position and will have mandatory overtime requirements as necessary to meet our production goals.

Position entails assembly, receiving and cleaning incoming rolls, polishing final parts (we will train), assist in shipping as needed, and driving lift trucks (we will train). Physical requirements: Excellent hand/eye coordination. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift tooling up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, work with basic tools.
