We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Lean Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in production processes.

- Lead and support lean initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance production efficiency.

- Analyze current production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.

- Develop and maintain standard work procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across production lines.

- Train and coach production teams on lean principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Use data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement efforts.

- Work closely with management to implement lean strategies and achieve operational goals.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production challenges.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of visual management tools to enhance process transparency.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and production engineering.

- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kanban, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for tracking and reporting KPIs.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of implementing successful process improvements.

- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in wire product manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
