Lean Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Lean Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to bolster our continuous improvement initiatives at the Cores and Casting Schenectady Manufacturing facility. We're seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and outcome-focused professional to lead the charge in implementing our lean strategies and align them with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be streamlining product and process flows, improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, all while fostering direct collaboration with our operations teams.

The base pay range for this position is 74,800.00 - 93,500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, 130% of salary in certain areas.*
