ABC Coke is the largest merchant producer of foundry coke in the United States.

ABC COKE is located at 900 Huntsville Avenue, Tarrant, AL 35217.

Entry Level Labor Starting Pay: $24.30/hr.

After initial operations training, you can choose career training in:

MAINTENANCE MOBILE EQUIPMENT PROCESS CONTROL TRANSPORTATION

MATERIAL HANDLING COKE OVEN OPERATIONS BOILER AND POWER GENERATION

INSTRUMENTATION QUALITY CONTROL…………….And much, much more!

Days/Hours: ABC Coke Operates 24/7….You will initially be placed on a 90-shift probationary period and trained on a number of jobs. Usually your 1st week is day Shift, afterwards you can be placed on any shift and there is no guarantee you will have weekends off. You are subject to any 2 days off.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, Pension, Wellness Program (nurse on site). Medical & Dental cost $105.00 monthly (regardless of single or family size). (As of January 2020.)

You will be required to complete the following: Criminal Background Check, Drug Screenings, Physical Abilities Exam (PAE) and Final Physical.

IMPORTANT: Any job offer made is contingent on you successfully completing the entire hiring process, including screenings and physical. If you are currently employed, WE DO NOT recommend leaving your current job until you have heard from the ABC Coke Office letting you know you have passed everything and have been given a date for orientation.
