HOA Coordinator

Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HOA coordinatoris responsible forhandling the HOA process from start to finish. The primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while efficiently removing HOA as a blocker to installation within the bounds of prescribed HOA process guidelines.

- Conducting research toidentifyHOA requirements and application process

- Assembling all documents required for HOA approval

- Communicating with homeowners, Sales Reps, and HOA's through various mediums; phone calls, text, and email

- Coordinate with various departments for customer resolutions

- Take extreme ownership of customer issues and see through to resolution

- Understand company and department goals and KPIs. Ensure workstreams are aligned

- Provide feedback to managementregardingprocesses, tools, and best practices

- Perform other assigned duties

Qualification Requirements

Education & Certifications:

- High School Graduate,GEDor equivalent

Experience

- Office or clerical experience preferred

- Advanced computer skills
