We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong background in dozer and excavator operation to join our team. If you're a hands-on, safety-conscious operator who takes pride in moving dirt with efficiency and care, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

•

Operate dozers and excavators to perform tasks such as grading, trenching, backfilling, and site prep.

•

Read grade stakes, use laser/GPS equipment, and maintain grades to specifications.

•

Work closely with foremen and laborers to ensure safe, efficient job site operations.

•

Perform basic equipment inspections, maintenance, and documentation.

•

Assist in other site development tasks when needed (we work as a team here).

What We’re Looking For

•

Minimum 3 years’ experience operating heavy equipment, especially dozers and excavators in a civil construction environment.

•

Solid understanding of grade reading and slope work; GPS machine control experience a plus.

•

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded with a strong work ethic.

•

Ability to take direction, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a field crew.

•

Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
