General Laborer - Manufacturing/Construction

About Us:

We are a rebar fabrication shop specializing in providing high-quality fabricated steel reinforcement for construction projects. Our team takes pride in precision, safety, and reliability. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing operation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the fabrication and handling of rebar

- Operate shop equipment (cutting, bending, tying machines) safely and effectively

- Load and unload materials

- Read and follow shop drawings, tags, and instructions

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Support other team members and supervisors as needed

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous shop, construction, or warehouse experience preferred (not required – we will train the right candidate)

- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

- Safety-focused with attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:

- Full-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime as needed

- Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
