We’re growing our Field Service Technician team in Fort Pierce and St. Lucie County, and we’re looking for experienced, reliable pros who take pride in their work. What You'll Do

•

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel and gas generators

•

Conduct load bank testing, troubleshoot electrical systems (ATS, controls, wiring, batteries)

•

Work with top brands: Kohler, Cummins, CAT, MTU, Volvo, and more

•

Keep detailed service reports, timesheets, and expense records

•

Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent field service

•

Mentor junior technicians and help raise the standard of work

•

Be available for on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

•

5+ years of field experience servicing generators and transfer switches

•

A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

•

The ability to use diagnostic tools, field software, and multimeters

•

A clean and valid Florida Driver’s License

•

A self-starter attitude — you can work independently but know when to ask for support

•

A safety-first mindset and the ability to work in all conditions

Bonus If You:

•

Have OSHA certification or forklift experience

•
Are bilingual (English/Spanish)

•

Live locally in Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, or nearby communities
