Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Electrical Project Coordinator and Proposal Writer to join our team. This role involves managing electrical project workflows, developing comprehensive proposals, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical writing skills, and excellent research and editing abilities to support our project execution and business development efforts, experience in project coordination and possess a strong understanding of electrical design processes and Auto-CAD design. Experience in buidling electrical design, electircal distribution design is an asset. Opportunity to be full-time employee.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

- Prepare detailed project proposals, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Conduct research to gather relevant technical data, industry standards, and client requirements.

- Edit and proofread proposal documents for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

- Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and vendors to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Maintain organized records of project documentation, correspondence, and proposal files.

- Support the development of technical content for presentations, reports, and proposals using Word processing tools.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows.

- Track project progress and update client and designers

Skills

- Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.

- Excellent technical writing abilities tailored to proposals and project reports.

- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and vendors.

- Ability to conduct thorough research to support proposal development.

- Skilled in Word processing software for document creation and editing.

- Strong understanding of electrical design processes and Auto-CAD design
