We’re looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our solar team. If you enjoy starting conversations, want to grow your career, and care about helping families save money while going green-this is the role for you. This position is door-to-door and requires self-generated leads.
Responsibilities:
•Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
•Educate prospects on available programs, incentives, and cost savings
•Collect homeowner contact information and energy usage details
•Schedule appointments for in-home or virtual solar consultations
•Track and report daily performance
•Use provided CRM and proposal software to guide the customer journey
•Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
•Sales experience (solar, alarms, roofing, real estate, or other face-to-face sales)
•Strong communication & active listening skills
•Comfortable with tech (Zoom, CRMs, proposal tools)
•Motivated, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
•Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field
