Obstacles occur daily, so adjusting and adapting to the current situations is key to a dispatcher's success. They prioritize, dispatch, evaluate, analyze and re-allocate field operations workload and manpower as well as comparing resource availability with the work schedule to ensure balance is in place.

This department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our dispatchers work 8 hour shifts.

Candidate must be available for rotating schedule. Current schedule available is rotating night and weekend schedule.
