Dehack Utility

Description:

You will have knowledge of understanding the daily procedures, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing packing equipment. You will fill in for dehacker and monorail and sample area. You will maintain a fork license; develop an understanding and knowledge necessary to operate the dehacker and monorail systems.

Requirements:

- Supply materials for the Dehacker and Monorail Systems

- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas

- Fill-in on the Dehacker for Unloading Grader position or Robot Operator

- Fill-in on the Monorail to support unloading

- Relieve for break on the Dehacker Robot and Head Operator

- Lay up and take down samples

- Operate the fork lift as needed for normal operator break relief and for supply materials and samples etc

- Transfer kiln cars

- Operate the automatic transfer car system

- Operate the dump truck for Dehacker Operations

- Assist in maintaining 5-S &TPM

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Must be able to twist, stoop, bend and reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.

- Hardhat, safety glasses and steel toe shoes required.
