Location: Auburn

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:30-6:30 & Saturday 8:00-5:0

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, mail, and chat.

- Provide accurate information about our products and services.

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.

- Update customer records and ensure data accuracy.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and services.

- Support your teammates and contribute to a fun, respectful work environment.

- Take on additional responsibilities as needed—your growth is our priority!

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of customer service experience (or similar environment).

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating computer systems.

- Basic math skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Willingness to learn and grow with us!

Physical & Work Environment

- You’ll be on your feet often, interacting with customers and team members.

- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.

- Moderate noise level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
