Job Summary
While working with supervision in a call center environment, answer customer inquiries and complaints, follow up on all calls, emails and website submissions, and conduct basic research. Identify and communicate issues as they arise and work with peers and Manager to develop effective solutions. Direct customers, vendors and other callers to the correct employee. Maintain a professional image through telephone and written interactions.
