Confirmation Specialist

Description:

As a Confirmation Specialist, you will play a critical role in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads generated by our canvassing (door knocking) team. Through phone conversations, you’ll confirm customer interest, qualify leads, and schedule or reschedule appointments for our in-person Energy Consultants.

This role is essential in ensuring that our sales teams have high-quality, confirmed appointments, which help drive the success of Purelight Power’s mission. You will also work closely with the Field Marketing Team and Sales Teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient lead management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from our canvassing team, qualifying prospects over the phone and confirming appointments.

- Manage follow-ups and schedule/reschedule appointments for Energy Consultants.

- Communicate effectively with the Field Marketing Team (door knockers) and sales teams to ensure alignment on customer appointments and lead management.

- Track and report on the volume and quality of confirmed appointments, ensuring high standards are met.

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment statuses.

- Provide excellent customer service and a friendly, positive experience for all customers.

Compensation:

Hourly range of $20-$28/hr Depending on Experience PLUS performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

- Passionate about sales, customer service, and building sales techniques.

- Previous customer-facing experience, including roles such as server, sales representative, or customer service.

- A positive, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Able to work shifts between 10AM and 9PM, Monday through Sunday.

- Trainable and excited to learn and grow in a sales-focused role.

Performance Metrics

- Volume and quality of confirmed appointments are tracked and will be used to assess performance.

- Ongoing feedback and coaching will be provided to ensure continuous improvement and success.
