We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. No experience needed to work here. Employees with no experience start at $23.00/hour and receive full benefits (health, life, dental insurance and retirement plan) at 90-days.

Your craft will consist of constructing residential poured concrete foundations in southeastern Wisconsin.

We use state of the art robotic layout machines, Form-a-drain footing and drainage forms, the latest in aluminum forming technologies, and have a fleet of 73’ reach cranes and Concrete conveyors.

Duties:

- Position and set forms for pouring concrete

- Perform concrete labor tasks such as pouring and leveling

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- 1+ years concrete or skilled labor experience preferred

- Ability to measure accurately and read specifications

- Ability to kneel, bend & lift heavy materials

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions for an extended period of time

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

- Assist with frame carpentry, including the construction of walls and framing structures

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of construction plans

- Assist with masonry work as needed
