Accurate Site Development is looking for a Superintendent (Civil) who will serve as the key leadership role on job sites and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion. They play a crucial role in coordinating and managing construction activities including; safety, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, budgets, and timelines. The Site Superintendent (Civil) collaborates closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of civil construction projects.

Accurate Site Development provides full-service pre-construction Civil work, including earthmoving and underground utilities. We also have in house Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services for new construction or renovation projects throughout Virginia.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
