Certified Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication and welding processes, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating components for our projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Duties

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.

- Perform welding tasks using various techniques.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.

- Ensure all work complies with industry codes and standards for safety and quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Experience

- Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to welding and fabrication processes.

- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics effectively.

- Experience using both power tools and hand tools in a fabrication environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

We work Monday through Thursday in ten hour shifts. Friday working hours are overtime. Salary range includes overtime hours. Full benefits package, including retirement and profit sharing, is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
