Position Summary - Contract to Hire

We are actively seeking a Certified Electrical Journeyman to join our team in the Bay Area. A current and valid California Journeyman Certification is required—no exceptions—as this role involves hands-on work across commercial and industrial job sites. As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs while upholding safety standards and ensuring full compliance with electrical codes and company quality expectations. The ideal candidate not only meets the state certification requirement but also demonstrates leadership on the jobsite, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
