Loading utilizes a walkie rider to pick up a dunnage rack full of product in the stage lane and floor load the material into a trailer, including stacking of windows, doors and accessories. LTL utilizes power and air tools to build a wood crate to protect product integrity to the customer and then loads crate onto a trailer with a Pacer PIT. Shop utilizes power tools to apply extension jams or mull units together based on a description in our WMS system. All departments utilize an RF scanner to systematically move product throughout the building and to load trailers. All departments utilize WMS on a computer or tablet. All departments could be cross trained into other departments across the building. All departments utilize power industrial trucks such as walkie, pacer, sit-down fork lift, reach and or order picker.

Andersen has set a 2025 profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
