Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney at Rainey & Wortmann, PLLC. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting title opinions, conducting legal research, and handling curative and other title matters. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and drafting mineral title opinions, preparing legal documents, participating in negotiations, and representing clients in various legal matters. The role is located in Fort Worth, with some work-from-home flexibility (new office opening in August, located near TCU). This job posting is open for new and experienced attorneys (Entry Level, Associate and/or Senior Associate). Pay to be negotiated based on experience.
