Sr. Manager, Pipeline Maintenance Onsite – Full Time
Our team is growing and we are seeking an experienced Pipeline Operator with Pigging experience to join our team!
The role of the Assistant Manager is to work directly with the Sr. Manager and Pipeline Maintenance Technicians to maintain the pipeline infrastructure of our clients through Launching and Receiving pipeline pigs, maintenance of gearboxes and valves, pulling liquids from lines and trays, and following the schedules for work. The Assistant Manager is a hands-on position with daily field operational responsibility, schedule management, SAP data integration and notifications and personnel management. The Assistant Manager must maintain good communication with contractors, coworkers, management, through phone calls, text messages, and emails, and thoroughly document all work items listed through the entire Pipeline Maintenance program. The position is also responsible for assisting with onboarding and training of new staff, benchmarking the operational efficiency of the division and working in collaboration with the Sr. Manager to develop additional guidelines to improve the already existing operational excellence of the division. The position will also assist in the capture of equipment in need of repair, modification, or expansion of pipeline infrastructure assets to comply with industry standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures.

· Demonstrate the ability to appropriately maintain compressor station cleanliness, general housekeeping, etc.
· Demonstrate the ability to work as a team, in construction related tasks.

· Must be able to independently prioritize the scheduled work each day to maintain peak performance.
· Demonstrate proficiency in completing job related paperwork and computer work as outlined in company policy and procedure manual, in a timely manner.
· Conduct self in a professional manner always in the execution of duties.
· Maintains acceptable personal hygiene and professional appearance and is clean shaven daily.
· Required to attend all safety meetings unless approved otherwise by Sr. Manager.
· Must be able to work weekends when required.
· Must have reliable transportation and maintain a clean driving record.
· Maintain professional demeanor in all dealings with clients, supervisors and employees.
· Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical and fit for duty
· Must complete all required paperwork within appropriate time frame
· Must be able to complete all safety requirements of the job
· Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to Federal, State, Local, Customer and all company Health, Safety Environmental rules and regulations
· Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in pipeline and pigging operations within the oil and gas industry. Proven track record of successful pigging operations, including cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. Willingness to train new pigging hires on the overall pigging process.
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or training in pipeline operations, safety, or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
· Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of pipeline systems, pigging tools, and equipment. Experience using pigging tracking and monitoring software.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor and potentially hazardous environments. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary.
· Safety Certification: Relevant safety training (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Confined Space Entry, etc.) is highly desirable.
The company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work outside in all weather conditions. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, cold weather, extreme heat, sustained noisy environment and vibration.
Must be physically able to climb stairs, sit, stand, walk, carry, push, and lift up to 75 lbs., pulling, kneeling, bending, twisting, repetitive wrist and hand movements for extended periods of time, and perform numerous tasks that require physical agility and manual dexterity as well as mental acuity throughout shift.
Position type and expected hours of work:
Must be flexible. The typical schedule is 5 days on and 2 days off alternating schedule. Some weekends/holidays are required.
