The Assembly and Warehouse Specialist is a key hands-on role that combines inventory management, shipping and receiving, mechanical assembly, and technical fabrication. The role involves coordinating and maintaining warehouse operations, supporting the assembly and testing of equipment, and ensuring smooth packing and shipping processes. The Specialist plays a vital role in upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient workflows.
o Maintain and stock inventory, track monthly logs, and utilize inventory management software.
o Prepare shipments, including incoming and outgoing packaging.
o Assemble shipping crates and ensure compliance with client packing specifications.
o Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
o Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of equipment, including mounting components and wiring electrical/control panels.
o Conduct point-to-point wiring for motors, interfaces, and instrumentation.
o Troubleshoot wiring errors and component malfunctions; maintain red-line drawings.
o Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment for shipment.
o Build and test pneumatic (e.g. air injectors) and related components.
o Support technical solutions, including computing, networking, and instrumentation setup.
