A Day In The Life

- Wear required PPE for designated work areas.

- Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.

- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6S policy.

- Inspect own work for quality and conformity to standards.

- Assist in training other employees and support team efforts.

- Suggest improvements to supervisors regarding work processes.

- Help maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.

- Perform tasks in other areas as needed.

- Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.

- Work overtime and weekends as required.

What will help you thrive in this role?

- Basic reading and writing skills.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Ability to read and interpret prints and use precision measuring instruments.

- Demonstrated positive attitude and initiative to improve productivity and quality.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

- Familiarity with safety equipment and procedures.
